  • A piece of lemon peel or fresh lemon slice

🫖 How to Brew:

For fresh herbs:

  1. Use about 1 tablespoon of each herb (chopped) per cup of water.
  2. Pour just-boiled water over the herbs.
  3. Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Strain and enjoy hot — or chill for a refreshing iced tea.

For dried herbs:

  1. Use 1 teaspoon of each dried herb per cup of water.
  2. Follow same steeping instructions above.

💡 Pro Tips:

  • Covering while steeping preserves the essential oils (and flavor).
  • This blend is naturally caffeine-free, perfect for evening relaxation or digestive comfort after meals.
  • You can dry your own herbs by binding the ends tightly to hang them upside down to air dry, use a dehydrator or your oven on the lowest setting.
  • Store the blend in an airtight jar for up to 6 months.
