🌱 Ingredients (fresh or dried):

Lemon balm – 1 part

Lemon verbena – 1 part

- A slice of fresh ginger (for warmth and digestive benefits)
- A piece of lemon peel or fresh lemon slice
- Honey or maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
🫖 How to Brew:
For fresh herbs:
- Use about 1 tablespoon of each herb (chopped) per cup of water.
- Pour just-boiled water over the herbs.
- Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy hot — or chill for a refreshing iced tea.
For dried herbs:
- Use 1 teaspoon of each dried herb per cup of water.
- Follow same steeping instructions above.

- Covering while steeping preserves the essential oils (and flavor).

Brewing Instructions
