🥗Fresh Garden Herb Dressing
Great for: Salads, roasted vegetables, or grain bowls.
- Fresh basil
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh chives
- Fresh oregano
- Olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, Dijon mustard
Use: Blend into a vinaigrette or yogurt-based dressing.
🧈Compound Butter
Great for: Bread, grilled veggies, steaks, or seafood.
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh chives
- Fresh basil
- Optional: thyme or rosemary (sparingly)
- Unsalted butter, lemon zest, salt
Use: Mix into softened butter and chill in a log. Slice and serve.
🐓🦃 Poultry Blend
Great for: Chicken, Cornish Hen, Duck, Turkey
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh sage
- Fresh thyme
- Optional: Marjoram
Use: Blend with salt, melted butter, olive oil or avocado oil. Coat poultry inside and out. Bake, grill or roast.
🌿Italian Herb
Use for pasta, pizza, bruschetta, tomato sauces, stews and soups
